Account Manager – AchieveGlobal Asia
Job Description

AchieveGlobal is seeking to add a proven sales professional to join our existing team in Taiwan, with a focus on developing local and regional business. This high-level, consultative selling role is geared towards an individual who has an entrepreneurial mindset (you are intrigued by how businesses operate), is interested in people (not just numbers), excited by the opportunity to leverage global best-practices and able to engage effectively with senior executives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing opportunities with targeted multinational and regional conglomerates. You will manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity development, proposal generation, through to contracting and finally implementation. Sales cycles of six months or more, involving the commitment of significant resources, are typical.
Skills

The right candidate will have:
  • 7+ years experience selling business solutions, with a strong record of delivering results in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • The ability to articulate how your solution aligns supports a client’s critical business issues and strategic initiatives
  • A thirst for knowledge and a desire to build a long-term career in performance improvement
  • The ability to successfully manage both internal and external (client) resources to ensure successful implementations and outcomes
  • Good oral and written English
